Following the guidance of the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the Economic Zone Trade Union on the annual organization of the Worker’s Conference; and with the unanimous agreement of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Company, on May 22nd, 2023, SNP coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union Executive Board to organize the 2023 Workers’s Conference.
The conference was attended and guided by representatives of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the Economic Zone Trade Union, the Company’s Leadership Board, the Company's Party Branch, the grassroots Trade Union Executive Board, and all employees of the company.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang, Deputy General Director of the company, reported on the business performance of the company in 2022 and outlined the task for 2023. In 2022, the company successfully completed the investment and construction of infrastructure in the IP according to the approved adjustment plan, with an occupancy rate of 57%. The company fully and timely implemented the regulations, policies, and welfare for the workers, actively created suitable working conditions and environments, provided stable employment and income, and improved the material and spiritual life of employees.
Regarding the tasks for 2023, Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang emphasized: “In 2023, the company will enhance investment promotion both domestically and internationally, focusing on accelerating land sublease progress to achieve an occupancy rate of about 70%. In addition to investment promotion activities, the company will focus on maintenance, repair, and renovating the infrastructure of the IP, creating a green space to better meet the investors’ needs. The company will continue to maintain and improve a better environment and conditions for the employees, fully implementing welfare programs such as organizing teambuilding activities, regular health check-ups, and training for the employees.
Mr. Truong Van Tin, Chairman of the Trade Union of the 2nd term, reported on the implementation of labor contracts, collective labor agreements, labor rules, and democratic dialogue regulation within the company. Accordingly, the company strictly adhered to the signing of labor contracts with all employees, and fully implemented policies on wages, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring a secure income for the workers.
In his directive speech at the conference, Mr. Vo Dinh Long, the General Director of the Company, highly appreciated, and recognized the efforts and contributions of the collective of officers and employees of the company in 2022. He also called for the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, and encouraged the bold proposal of improvement ideas and creative ideas from the employees, while promoting unity to achieve the company’s common goals. In addition to improving the lives and increasing the income of the employees, the company aims to build a “green” working environment and create the company as a “second home” for the workers.
The 2023 Worker’s Conference at Saigon-Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation was successfully held with consensus, agreement, and high determination of all participants. This was an opportunity for the company’s leadership to understand the thoughts and aspirations of the workers, as well as for the workers to express and contribute opinions on issues related to their rights, benefits, obligations, and responsibilities. Consequently, it contributes to building a harmonious and stable labor relationship, actively contributing to the business and investment activities of the company’s industrial park, and ensuring the social welfare of the workers in the coming years.
