Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) was established on October 24, 2005 under the Business Registration Certificate No. 4100579765. Main activities: construction investment and infrastructure business industrial park, urban residential area; ready-built factory rental and other services.
Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A, invested by SNP, has an area of 630ha, belonging to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, located on Phuong Mai peninsula, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. According to the Decision No. 514/QD-TTg dated May 8, 2019, of the Prime Minister approving the adjustment of the National Assembly of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone with a vision to 2040, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A is planned to be adjusted into a Nhon Hoi A Urban industrial park; divided into 02 functional areas: Industrial Park with an area of 394 hectares and Urban Area with an area of 236 hectares.
Nhon Hoi A Urban Industrial Park is located in the center of Quy Nhon city - a center of commerce, services and international transactions in the Key Economic Region of Central Vietnam. Having outstanding advantages in regional and international economic links and exchanges such as: located in the center of the North-South axis of Vietnam on roads, railways, and airways, is the most convenient gateway to the sea for the Central Highlands, southern Laos, northeastern Cambodia, and Thailand (by Quy Nhon international seaport and National Highway 19, 19B).
Nhon Hoi A Industrial - Urban Park has a seamless, convenient, diversified transport infrastructure (National Highway 19, National Highway 19B, National Highway 1A, National Highway 1D).
