From October 4th to 6th, 2024, Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) participated in an emotional Teambuilding trip in Dalat with the Saigon Invest Group (SGI) family. This was not only an experiential journey but also a special opportunity for members to understand and bond, strengthen team spirit, and build a sustainable corporate culture.

SGI’s leadership has always regarded teambuilding as a key element in promoting corporate culture. This activity helps all employees gain a deeper understanding of core values, fosters trust and arouse motivation for every member to live and work by the group’s shared principles.

This trip was not only an occasion to appreciate the companionship of member companies but also a time to relax and connect team spirit. Here, each individual not only explored themselves but also gained a deeper understanding of their teammates, contributing to building a united and strong collective.

With the motto “Overcoming challenges - Creating prosperity”, the 3-day-2-night winessed the members’ full efforts in overcoming various challenges that required teamwork, courage and speed. Each game and activity was designed to promote the warrior spirit of the SGI family - from using team-building culture to firmly navigate through difficulties to tightly coordinating in order to conquer new heights together.

Notably, SNP and KBC Company excelled and won the championship trophy, showcasing the team’s determination and excellent unity. More than just a competition, this was a journey that allowed each member to recharge and be ready to face future challenges.
