On March 6th, 2025, Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) and Top Asian Industrial Vietnam Company Limited officially signed the land sublease contract at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park.

According to the agreement, Top Asian Industrial Vietnam has leased land lot B3.02 with a total area of 62.944 m2 to develop a factory for manufacturing furniture, high - end interior and exterior HDPE, as well as the production of raw materials and auxiliary supplies for the export furniture industry. The project has a total investment of 255 billion VND and a production capacity of 150 containers of products per month, supplying both domestic and international markets.

The collaboration with Top Asian Industrial Vietnam not only marks a new milestone in attracting FDI investment to Nhon Hoi A IP but also reaffirms the IP’s appeal to businesses with strategic vision. With the support and guidance of SNP, the project is expected to be efficiently implemented, making a significant contribution to the indoor and outdoor furniture supply chain, creqating sustainable economic value for the local economy, and opening new development opportunities for the industrial field in Binh Dinh Province.
