On the afternoon of June 25, 2026, Sai Gon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SNP), in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee, successfully held the 2026 Employees' Conference at the Company's Office.
The conference was attended by:
- Mr. Phan Trọng Nghiệp – Deputy Head of the Enterprise Management Division, Gia Lai Economic Zone Management Board;
- Mr. Lê Tiến Hải – Specialist, Enterprise Management Division, Gia Lai Economic Zone Management Board;
- Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Hiền – Representative of the Quy Nhon Dong Ward Trade Union;
- The Board of Management of SNP and all employees of the Company.
The conference was held to promote workplace democracy and provide a forum for the Company's Management and employees to review the Company's performance in 2025, exchange ideas, listen to employees' opinions and feedback, and reach a shared understanding on the goals and key tasks for 2026.

In her opening remarks, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai Thảo, Deputy General Director, presented a report highlighting the Company's achievements over the past year, emphasizing that these accomplishments were the result of the unity, dedication, and sense of responsibility demonstrated by all employees. She also reaffirmed that the Employees' Conference serves as an important platform for strengthening workplace democracy and fostering a professional and harmonious working environment, where the rights and responsibilities of both the Company and its employees are respected and promoted.

At the conference, delegates and employees were presented with the report on the Company's business performance in 2025, along with its strategic directions and key objectives for 2026. The conference also reviewed the Company's outstanding achievements and significant milestones in 2025, including:
- Providing timely support to investors in the industrial park to help them overcome the challenges and recover from the aftermath of the storm.
- Completing the restoration and rehabilitation of the industrial park's infrastructure following the storm.
- Providing firefighting assistance and fire prevention and fighting (FPF) support to two investors, Tan Dai Nam and Tan Dai Hung, during fire emergency response operations.
- Maintaining and enhancing employee welfare by ensuring occupational safety, strengthening fire prevention and fighting (FPF) measures, and organizing sports and recreational activities for employees.
The conference also received the report on the implementation of the 2025 Collective Labour Agreement. In addition, comments and recommendations from delegates and employees were openly discussed, carefully considered, and addressed in a constructive and responsible manner. These valuable contributions will serve as an important basis for improving management practices and enhancing the Company's operational efficiency in the coming period.

Following a productive, democratic, and constructive discussion, the conference unanimously adopted the 2026 Employees' Conference Resolution with strong consensus from all delegates in attendance. The Resolution will serve as an important foundation for the Company to continue fostering collective strength, enhancing business performance, improving employee welfare, and advancing its long-term goal of sustainable development.

She also officially launched the Company's 2026 emulation campaign, calling on all employees of Sai Gon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SNP) to work together in successfully achieving the Company's 2026 goals and objectives, while continuing to build a more professional, efficient, and collaborative workplace that supports the Company's sustainable long-term growth.
