On June 25, 2025, Saigon – Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP), in collaboration with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, organized the 2025 Employees’ Conference. The event was attended by Mr. Phan Viet Hung – Deputy Head and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Economic Zone Authority; Mr. Nguyen Duc Long – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Confederation of Labor, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Provincial Economic Zone; along with the Company’s Board of Directors and all SNP employees.

At the beginning of the program, Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang - Deputy General Director - presented the 2024 business performance report and the 2025 development plan. Over the past year, SNP has completed infrastructure construction in accordance with the adjusted master plan and attracted 8 new investors with a total area of nearly 34 hectares. At the same time, the company has focused on maintaining employee welfare policies, ensuring a safe and professional working environment, and organizing various activities to enhance employee’s spiritual and cultural well-being.

In addition to investment activities, the company has consistently ensured labor policies, benefits, and working conditions for its employees. Regular training programs on occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, and security have been maintained, while teambuilding events have contributed to improving staff morale and team spirit.
In 2025, SNP aims to attract at least 10 new projects, accelerate land leasing progress, and expand investment activities. Moreover, the company will continue to maintain and upgrade infrastructure while exploring opportunities to develop new IPs, ICs, and urban areas. Internally, SNP will focus on enhancing human resource quality through training programs and comprehensive welfare policies, including travel, sports, and annual health check-ups.
Mr. Truong Van Tin - Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union - also presented a report on the implementation of labor contracts, collective labor agreements, and the democratic regulation, emphasizing the company’s transparency and commitment to protecting employees’ rights and benefits.

During the discussion session, many employees proactively shared their opinions on welfare policies, working environment, training programs, and career development opportunities. The SNP leadership carefully listened, addressed each concern in detail, and reaffirmed their commitment to continuously improving company policies to help employees develop their potential and stay engaged with the organization.
Delivering his remarks at the conference, Mr. Phan Viet Hung - Deputy Head and Party Secretary of the Management Board of Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority - acknowledged the company’s strong efforts and positive achievements in 2024. He highly appreciated the role of employees and encouraged the company to continue improving human resource quality and build a stable, professional working environment.

On behalf of the Executive Board, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mai Thao - Deputy General Director of SNP - praised the dedication and efforts of all employees over the past year, while encouraging them to uphold the spirit of creativity and solidarity. At the same time, she launched the 2025 Emulation Campaign, aiming to achieve outstanding performance and sustainable growth.

The conference concluded with a high level of consensus, reflecting the strong bond between the company’s leadership and its employees. More than just a forum for discussion and sharing, the event served as an important bridge that will help SNP move forward confidently on its journey of growth in 2025 and the years to come.
