On December 5, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board issued Decision No. 546/QĐ-BQL, approving the investment policy and designating Dai Thanh Aluminum Company Limited as the investor for the Dai Thanh Aluminum and Steel Furniture Manufacturing Plant Project. The project will be implemented on lots A4.05 and A4.06 in Nhon Hoi IP - Park A, covering a total area of 10 hectares, with an investment capital of 350 billion VND.
The project aims to produce office desks, chairs, and other furniture made from aluminum, iron and steel. The production scale is expected to reach 5.000 tons of products per year, contributing to the supply of high-quality products for both domestic and international market.
According to plan, the project will be implemented in 2 phases:
- Phase 1 (Q4/2024 - Q4/2025): Completion of technical infrastructure, construction of workshops, and auxiliary facilities with an initial capacity of 2.000 tons of products per year. Concurrently, the investors will complete necessary legal procedures in accordance with current regulations.
- Phase 2 (Q1/2026 - QIV/2027): Continue to build the remaining works, including factories, warehouses, internal roads and service management works. Upon completion, the entire project will commence operation, achieving a maximum production capacity of 5000 tons of products per year.
