Investment in Cotton, Fiber, Yarn, and Bedding Product Manufacturing Plant at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park: Contract Signing Ceremony for Land Sublease with Ngoc Nhu Y Holdings Co., Ltd. and Vinh Quang Holdings Co., Ltd.

🔹April 15, 2025, marked a significant milestone in the journey to attract investment into Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Zone A, as Saigon – Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) officially signed land sublease contracts with Ngoc Nhu Y Holdings Co., Ltd. and Vinh Quang Holdings Co., Ltd.
🔹Under the agreement, Ngoc Nhu Y Holdings will invest VND 255 billion to develop the Nhon Hoi Plant for manufacturing cotton, fiber, yarn, and various household and industrial products at Lot B5.01, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park, covering a total land area of 45,950 m².

🔹On the same day, Vinh Quang Holdings also signed a land sublease contract with SNP to develop a manufacturing plant producing bedding products including blankets, sheets, pillows, mattresses, cotton, fiber, yarn, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, plastics, and plastic-alternative materials. The project has a total investment capital of VND 179 billion and will be located at Lot B5.02, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park, with a land area of 32,463 m².

🔹Once operational, both projects are expected to play a vital role in promoting local economic restructuring, enhancing the province’s manufacturing and export capacities, and creating diverse employment opportunities for local workers.
🔹To date, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park has attracted nearly 60 investors, achieving an occupancy rate of over 70%, and is steadily advancing toward building a sustainable industrial ecosystem that positively contributes to the province’s socio-economic development.
