Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the early days of the Year of the Snake 2025, on February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of Lunar New Year), Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) signed a land-use rights sublease contract for infrastructure attached land at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park with Viet My Wood Industry JSC.
This event not only marks a favorable start for SNP in the new year but also opens up opportunities to attract more investors to Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park, contributing to promoting local industrial and economic development. Viet My Company is the first enterprise to "break ground" and sign a land lease contract in 2025, promising a prosperous and prosperous new year for SNP.
According to the Contract, Viet My Wood Industry JSC will implement the project of building an interior and exterior wood factory at Lot B1.16, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park - Park A, with a total area of 40,020 m². The project has a designed capacity of 500 containers/year, expected to start construction in June 2025. With a land lease term of up to 50 years, Viet My will be exempted from raw land rent during the project life cycle and enjoy the highest tax incentives when investing in Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park.
