Nhon Hoi A IP continues to affirm its investment appeal by welcoming a large-scale blanket, pillow, and mattress manufacturing project in the central region, invested by Vinh Quang Holdings LLC. The project was granted an Investment Policy Decision by the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority on February 28, 2025, and will be implemented on lot B5.02, covering an area of 32,463 m2.

With a total investment capital of 179 billion VND, the factory specializes in producing high-quality products such as blankets, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, cotton, fiber, yarn, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, as well as plastic and faux-plastic materials. Once operational, the factory is expected to supply 255,000 products annually, catering to both domestic and international markets while creating hundreds of jobs for local workers.

In addition to manufacturing, the project will expand into factory and office space leasing services on an area of 16,000 m2, contributing to develop a modern industrial ecosystem. Construction is expected to commence in early 2026.
