On December 25, 2025, at Lot B3.04 of Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A (Nhon Hoi Economic Zone), the groundbreaking ceremony of the Gainwell Vietnam High-End Indoor & Outdoor Furniture Manufacturing Plant Project was held. The event marked an important milestone in attracting FDI investment to Gia Lai Province, contributing to the development of industrial manufacturing in the Central and Central Highlands regions of Vietnam.

The project is invested by Gainwell Vietnam Wood Co., Ltd. and developed on Lot B3.04 with an area of 55,852 m² at Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A. With a total investment capital of approximately VND 255 billion, the factory is designed with a production capacity of around 800 million products per year, focusing on the manufacture of high-end indoor and outdoor wooden furniture and supporting materials for both domestic and international markets.

Once operational, the project will help enhance the competitiveness of the wood-processing industry, increase industrial production value, and expand export markets. At the same time, it will create stable employment for local workers, promote socio-economic growth in the province, and contribute to enhancing the international standing of Vietnam’s indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturing industry.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized that in recent years, Gia Lai Province has continuously implemented comprehensive solutions to improve the investment environment, strengthen administrative procedure reforms, gradually upgrade infrastructure, and enhance the quality of human resources, thereby building a transparent, stable, and increasingly attractive business environment for the business community.

Also at the event, Mr. Le Ve Luong, Chairman of the Gainwell Group, highly appreciated the strategic location, well-developed infrastructure, attractive investment incentive policies, and the strong support from local authorities and the developer of Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A, which enabled the project to swiftly complete procedures, commence construction, and move toward early operation.
