On December 6, Economic Zone Management Board of Binh Dinh province officially issued the Investment Registration Certificate to Lehome International Company Limited, the investor of Gainwell high-end interior and exterior furniture manufacturing factory project. This Hong Long - China FDI project is located at lot B3.04 in Nhon Hoi IP - Park A, covering an area of 5,58 hectares with a total investment of 255 billion VND.
Project objective and scales
This project focuses on manufacturing furniture, outdoor furniture, and auxiliary materials, aiming to produce 800 million products annually. The factory’s output will cater to domestic consumption and export, contributing to enhancing the global value of Vietnam’s furniture manufacturing industry.
Project implemtation timeline
November 2024 - April 2025: Completion of investment procedures according to the regulations.
May 2025 - April 2026: Commencement of construction for facilities such as fences, gates, factories and offices,...
May 2026 - December 2026: Completion of construction, installation of equipment, and trial operations.
January 2027 - March 2027: Retirement, human training and official commencement of operations.
