Phase 1 of this FDI project has a total investment capital of 255 billion VND with an area of 55.852 m2. The project aims to produce high-end indoor and outdoor furniture and auxiliary materials for export, The factory is expected to have an annual capacity of 800 million products, contributing to enhancing the value of Vietnam’s furniture manufacturing industry and affirming its position in the international market.

With available land and a fully developed infrastructure system, SNP offers investors the opportunity to implement projects quickly and efficiently. The available land helps shorten construction time, reduce costs, and optimize the investment process, paving the way for the factory to commence operations sooner.

According to the plan, construction of the project will begin in mid-2025 and is expected to be in stable operation in 2027. Once completed, the factory will create hundreds of jobs while promoting the socio - economic development of Binh Dinh province, contributing to the region’s industrialization and modernization process.
