Within Gia Lai province’s strategy to attract investment and pursue sustainable development in this era of strong growth, industrial infrastructure—serving as an economic springboard—has received special attention from the province.
With more than 20 years of experience, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) is one of the leading industrial park developers in Central Vietnam, contributing to shaping a production–urban–service ecosystem and creating new momentum for the province’s economy.
Over Two Decadesof Commitment to Industrial Infrastructureầng công nghiệp
Operating in the investment, construction, and business of industrial park, industrial cluster, and urban infrastructure, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) is among the enterprises that have maintained a long-standing presence in the former Binh Dinh province (now Gia Lai).
After more than 20 years of establishment and development, SNP continues to affirm its role as a companion partner with the local government in investment promotion, industrial production development, and job creation for workers.
Unlike the “fast-track” approach seen in many infrastructure projects, SNP’s strategy emphasizes methodical investment and long-term partnership with the locality throughout the project lifecycle.
This is clearly demonstrated through the Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park project—the foundation that has built the company’s reputation in the industrial infrastructure market.
This is one of SNP’s flagship projects, invested in and operated with high efficiency. Located near the administrative center of Gia Lai province, approximately 8 km from Quy Nhon Port and about 30 km from Phu Cat Airport, Nhon Hoi A enjoys rare advantages in transportation and logistics connectivity.
With a scale of 394 hectares and synchronously invested infrastructure, the industrial park has attracted 60 domestic and foreign secondary investors, achieving an occupancy rate of over 70%.
The project also holds a special advantage: the remaining land lease term extends up to 50 years (until December 2076), providing long-term stability for investors.
“The stability in legal framework, large land bank, and long land-use term are key factors that have made Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park the choice of many long-term manufacturing investors,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thao, representative of the project developer.

A standout advantage of the project is its superior investment incentives. According to Ms. Thao, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park enjoys the highest level of incentives under current regulations, including a corporate income tax rate of 10% for 15 years, tax exemption for the first 4 years, and a 50% reduction for the following 9 years.
In addition, the project offers competitive land lease rates, an abundant labor force, and a favorable investment environment. These factors create clear comparative advantages over many other industrial parks in the Central – Central Highlands region.
Expanding industrial land bankệp
Not stopping at its successfully operating projects, SNP is continuing to expand its industrial land bank through new developments to capture the shifting supply chains and expanding production needs of both domestic and foreign enterprises.
Among them, the Cat Hanh Industrial Cluster project has recently broken ground and is under construction, covering a total area of 70 hectares in Tan Hoa Nam Hamlet, Hoa Hoi Commune, Gia Lai province.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by December 2026, contributing additional production land for the region, promoting local economic restructuring, and creating jobs for thousands of workers.

Another project, Cat Trinh Industrial Park, is oriented to become a new highlight in SNP’s industrial infrastructure development strategy.
The project has a total area of 368.1 hectares in Phu Cat Commune, Gia Lai province, with the goal of developing under a green industrial park model that applies advanced technologies and harmonizes production with environmental protection.
As many FDI enterprises increasingly emphasize environmental and social criteria, the green industrial park model is expected to help Cat Trinh Industrial Park differentiate itself from traditionally developed projects.

A notable point in SNP’s strategy is the integrated development of industrial parks with urban and service spaces. The Nhon Hoi Urban Area (Park A) project, covering 235.9 hectares and located adjacent to Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park, is considered a key piece completing the regional development ecosystem.

According to the orientation, this urban area is expected to become a new symbol of the coastal urban landscape, meeting residential demand for workers, experts, and engineers working in nearby industrial parks.
SNP is currently expediting the necessary procedures to implement the project, gradually realizing the “industry–urban integration” development model.
This approach demonstrates the company’s long-term vision, recognizing that investment attraction depends not only on production land but also on living quality and the ability to retain human resources.
