On the afternoon of January 16th, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province held a conference to review industrial park (IP) and industrial cluster (IC) investment and development activities in 2024, while setting investment and development targets for 2025.
The conference assessed investment attraction and development in IPs and ICs throughout 2024 and proposed suitable measures to further boost investment and industrial development in 2025.
Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee; along with representatives from provincial departments, district authorities, and enterprises across the province.
Overall, IPs and ICs play a crucial role in the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh. In 2024, the province’s industrial parks attracted 21 new industrial projects with a total investment capital of VND 4,309 billion, contributing to increased budget revenues and economic restructuring toward industrialization.
Among them, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation, the investor of Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Park A), successfully met the province’s assigned targets for 2024, attracting 8 new investment projects with a total capital of VND 1,452 billion. The company was honored with a Certificate of Merit from the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh for its outstanding achievements in implementing investment and industrial park development targets in 2024.
Building on these achievements, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation will continue its efforts in 2025 with innovative, flexible, and diversified strategies to attract more investment into the industrial park. The company aims to increase occupancy rates, focus on high-tech, environmentally friendly, and high-value-added projects, strengthen connections with domestic enterprises, and support businesses in expanding their operations and collaborating with international partners.
