To enhance awareness, responsibility, and practical skills in occupational safety and hygiene (OSH), on June 13, 2025, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) organized an OSH training program for all of its officers and employees.

The training program included the participation of the company’s leadership team, staff from various departments, the environmental landscaping team, and the industrial park’s security force. The training was conducted in groups based on job categories, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring suitability and effectiveness for each specific role.

The training content focused on core issues in OSH, including: the current system of policies and laws; the rights and obligations of employees and employers; identification of risks and harmful factors in the workplace; preventive measures; skills in emergency response, fire prevention and fighting, and first aid.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, the program integrated real-life scenarios and on-site simulations, enabling employees to grasp information more effectively and respond efficiently in emergencies. This approach allowed each participant to reflect on their own role and responsibility in ensuring safety for themselves and their colleagues, thereby contributing to a safer, more professional, and more efficient working environment.

Through this practical training activity, Saigon – Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation not only demonstrated strict compliance with OSH legal regulations, but also reaffirmed its strong commitment to building a professional, safe, and human-centered workplace.
