On January 10th, 2025, at the headquarters of Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP), a land sublease contract signing ceremony took place between SNP, the investor of Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Park A, and Gainwell Vietnam Wood Co., Ltd. (Gainwell), a subsidiary of Gainwell Group (Hong Kong).

According to the contract, Gainwell has subleased lot B3.04 covering an area of 55.852 m2 at Nhon Hoi IP - Park A to develop a high-end indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturing and auxiliary materials production project. The project has a total investment of 255 billion VND, designed capacity of 800 million products per year, catering to both domestic and international markets. This investment not only enhances the value of Vietnam’s furniture manufacturing industry but also helps elevate Vietnamese products to global scale.
