On the afternoon of November 5th, the signing ceremony of land sublease contract at Nhon Hoi Industrial Park - Park A took place in Quy Nhon City, between Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation and Lehome International Company Limited (Hongkong). The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang - Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, along with representatives from relevant departments and agencies.
During the ceremony, representatives from two parties officialy signed the land sublease contract associated with infrastructure at lots B3.03 + B3.04 with an area of 12 hectares of land, belonging to Nhon Hoi IP - Park A, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province. This project will establish a foundation for Lehome International Company Limited to implement a factory of producing high-end furniture and outdoor wood products manufacturing plant, along with rental factories, thus contributing to the development of the furniture supply chain in the region.
Lehome International Company Limited, a member of the Gainwell Group from Hongkong, is a reputable brand in the furniture industry in China with a broad customer network across Asian and Europe. The company has committed to investing 20 million USD in the project “Manufactory Plant for High-end Furniture and Outdoor Wood Products, along with Rental Factories to form a Supportive Supply Chain” at Nhon Hoi A IP. The project is expected to create jobs for approximately 700 local workers and is planned to begin construction in 2025.
Mr. Tran Viet Anh, Chairman of the Board of Saigon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP) expressed his expectation that this cooperation would not only bring great value to Gainwell Group but also contribute positively to the development of Nhon Hoi IP - Park A and Binh Dinh province. He pledged that SNP would support and create the best conditions for investor to confidently develop their projects in the IP.
Mr. Le Ve Luong - Chairman of Gainwell Group, stated that Binh Dinh, with its strategic location near seaports, abundant resources, synchronized infrastructure, and favorable policies, is an ideal investment destination. He expressed his commitment to maintaining a long-term presence in Quy Nhon, with a vision to expand globally while creating jobs for the local population and fostering the development of the local furniture industry. He emphasized that the group’s growth could not be achieved without the support of local leaders and authorities and expressed hope for continued backing from the authorities and Nhon Hoi Industrial Park - Park A’s management in the future.
In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and Head of the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, affirmed that Binh Dinh Province has made significant achievements in attracting investment thanks to promote provincial potential and strength, while focusing on infrastructure development, improving the investment environment, and intensifying investment promotion. As a result, the province has successfully attracted several projects from major investors, both domestic and foreign, including Gainwell Group from Hongkong (China).
He also requested that the Economic Zone Management Board closely coordinate with departments, agencies, and relevant units to guide and support investors in completing all procedures in accordance with regulations, ensuring that the project is implemented and operates on schedule, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
