In the joyful atmosphere of the opening ceremony, on March 29th 2023, Sai Gon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation received a good news in investment attraction activities. Specifically, SNP and Tan Dai Nam General Co.,Ltd signed a Memorandum of Agreement on land holding after the period of inviting the investor.

This is a great joy for SNP when Tan Dai Nam General Co., Ltd. - a big investor, was the first company to enter the land in 2023. The event plays an important role in manifesting good things for the company, attracting more potential investors come to Nhon Hoi A IP, and choosing the IP as a destination of success.

Accordingly, Tan Dai Nam General Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Agreement on land holding at Lot B6.07 with an area of 30,000 m2 in Nhon Hoi IP Park A. When implementing the project in the IP, with the land sublease term up to 50 years, Tan Dai Nam Company shall enjoy exemption of raw land sublease fee during the project life-cycle and receive the highest preferential tax policies.
