On May 16th, at the office of Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation (SNP), there was a reception and working session with the Delegation of Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade. This activity was a part of the actual investment promotion consulting program event in Binh Dinh and the Central provinces organized by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade in colaboration with the Korea Desk.
Participating in the survey, representing the Trade Promotion Agency were Mr. Sungwook Cha, Head of Korea Desk, at the Trade Promotion Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade - Deputy General Director of KOTRA Hanoi Office and Mr. Nguyen Ba Hai, Deputy Director of Investment Promotion Center for Industry and Trade, Trade Promotion Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade; along with representatives from Management Board of Economic Zone of Binh Dinh province and other members of the delegation.
On the occasion of the delegation’s survey and work at Nhon Hoi A IP (A IP), SNP warmedly welcome them and introduced to the IP’s outstanding potentials and advantages, providing information, documents, photos, and videos illustrating the IP’s potential, geographical location and infrastructure.
Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang, Deputy General Director of Saigon - Nhonhoi Industrial Park Corporation, highlighted the advantages of Nhon Hoi A IP, including its strategic location, complete infrastructure and optimal supporti policies for investors, especially Korean investors.
Accordingly, Nhon Hoi A IP, part of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, located on Phuong Mai Peninusular, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province. This is a multi-sector IP with a prime location and complete technical infrastructure, well-suited for investors to build and operate projects. With superior advantages in geographical location, favorable conditions for transportation systems,a seaport, labor supply and the highest preferential policies of Vietnamese government, currently, the IP has over 30 domestic and foreign investors in operation, with an occupancy rate of about 60%.
Following the introduction, two sides engaged in a deeper exchange on the opportunities and challenges in attracting foreign investment, especially from Korean enterprises. Mr Sungwook Cha, representing the Delegation, remarked that Nhon Hoi A IP has great potential, with complete infrastructure and favorable factors for transportation development, seaports, airports, and railways. Large IP land area and convenient administrative procedures are the attractive advantages for foreign businesses, including Korean companies.
Additionally, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hai emphasized that with its advantages, Nhon Hoi A IP will increasingly attract many domestic and foreign businesses to explore investment opportunities. Moreover, he committed to enhancing support for connecting, introducing, and promoting information about Nhon Hoi A IP in particular and Binh Dinh in general to potential enterprises and investors.
With continuous efforts, Nhon Hoi A IP is ecpected to become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors, contributing to promote the socio - economic for our province.
